Two things are certain in life, death and taxes
When last have you reviewed your will?
Perhaps you need assistance with the administration of an estate of a deceased person.
Or perhaps you need help and advice on a curatorship.
Perhaps you are not up to speed with the adverse effects of Capital Gains Tax in a deceased estate.

We offer trust registration and administration and act purely as secretaries for this purpose.
Financial advice is outsourced to a broker of good standing and with whom we have an ongoing relationship, alternatively our client may choose a broker of his/her choice. The founder of the trust must approve the broker prior to us becoming involved with the administration. For the purposes of quorum, we also suggest the appointment of an Auditor that will also be present at any of the Trustee Meetings.
